This is a great opportunity for you to use your PT skills to provide quality 1 hour one on one care with focus on the individual patient, building relationships and positive outcomes. This can all be accomplished in our 35,000 sq. ft. facility complete with physical therapy, occupational therapy, work conditioning/hardening, fitness center and indoor track!

Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and implement physical therapy programs that focus on excellent outcomes
Work directly with patients to achieve their maximum physical recovery
Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress
Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care
Qualifications:
Indiana PT License required
Previous experience in physical therapy is preferred, but new graduates are welcomed
Ability to build rapport with patients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong leadership qualities

Pay: $1,300.00 - $1,600.00 per week
