Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - Physical Therapist - Home Health
Shift: Days / 8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40hrs per week, No call
Length: 13 weeks
Every 4-6 weekends/Holiday Coverage Required if needed
Requirements:
- MA License
- 1.5+ acute nursing care (hospital base) and Home Care experience
- Certified home health experience including proficiency with OASIS required and Non-Negotiable
- AHA BLS
- Acute care experience preferred
Oher Details:
- Valid Driver License required for this need

Pay rate is estimated based on weekly gross income.
Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).
