Who We Are
Boston Consulting Group partners with leaders in business and society to tackle their most important challenges and capture their greatest opportunities. BCG was the pioneer in business strategy when it was founded in 1963. Today, we help clients with total transformation-inspiring complex change, enabling organizations to grow, building competitive advantage, and driving bottom-line impact.
BCG is committed to growing and supporting top talent from groups currently underrepresented in consulting, and our Growing Future Leaders (GFL) Internship Program aims to do just that. GFL is a 10-week immersive summer internship program for Black/African American, Hispanic/Latino, and Indigenous/Native American/Alaska Native students. This program aims to support and develop students from these groups as they prepare to become leaders in consulting and the global business community.
