Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree with at least 7 years of relatable experience stated below OR a Master’s Degree with at least 5 years of relatable experience in any of the following: Pricing and Estimating, Proposal Management, Strategic Sourcing, Subcontracts Management, or Contracts Management

Working experience with Microsoft Office (Specifically Excel and Word)

Ability to perform and apply appropriate cost accounting, pricing, estimating methods, concepts and principles

3+ years of Leadership experience – Manager or Team Lead experience is acceptable

Active, in scope DOD Secret Security Clearance

Ability to obtain a DoD Top Secret Security Clearance

Ability to obtain Special Access Program prior to starting the role, and in a timely manner as determined by the business
Preferred Qualifications:
The salary range for Florida and California vary due to the cost of living.
Florida: $108,400-$162,600
California: $125,500-$188,300

Salary Range: $108,400 - $162,600
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
