We are currently hiring for a Social Services Assistant for our Wesley Woods community, located on the Emory Campus in Atlanta, Georgia.
The Social Services Assistant position is Full-time, Monday through Friday, dayshift hours.

Social Services Assistant Qualifications include:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of Two years of Social Services experience required
- One year of Social Services experience in LTC/Skilled nursing community required
- Experience working in a Person-Directed Care community preferred
- Genuine passion for working with elders and ability to act as advocate
- Builds rapport easily with others
- Detail-oriented and excellent time management skills
- Strong knowledge of elders rights, LTC regulations and Ombudsman program
- Great communication skills including attentive listening and interviewing
- Ability to foster team work with all departments
- Superb documentation skills, experience with Point-Click-Care preferred
- Empathetic and caring personality, customer-service focused
