Reporting to the Senior Director, the Nurse Educator Inpatient Psychiatric Services will support the department with new hire orientation, new hire education, continuous education for the Mental Health unit, and ultimately be a clinical mentor for the department. The Nurse Educator Emergency will update policy procedures, ensure regulatory compliance, and be an overall resource to their team. Ideall, the Nurse Educator Inpatient Psychiatric Services will be a seasoned nurse holding their active RN license, along with a clinical background working in an Inpatient Psych, Behavioral Health or Mental Health unit.
