Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager to join our team. As a Senior Tax Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing our tax compliance, planning, and reporting activities.
Duties
Oversee and manage tax compliance for clients
Provide strategic tax planning advice
Conduct financial analysis to optimize tax strategies - Ensure accurate preparation of tax returns
Collaborate with clients to address tax-related queries
Stay updated on tax laws and regulations
Necessary Experience
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA or advanced degree (e.g., MST) preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in tax compliance, planning, and accounting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
Experience with tax provision software (e.g., UltraTax) and ERP systems (e.g., PracticeCS).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Proven leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams.
