Job Summary
Personal Injury Lawyers provide legal advice and representation to clients who have sustained a physical or psychological injury and financial loss after falling victim to the carelessness or negligence of an individual or organization.

Responsibilities
Build client's cases by verifying that all client injuries, damages, and other losses have been documented and are being presented for maximum recovery
Develop a strategic approach and provide leadership and direction to paralegals and legal assistants
Analyze case-specific legal issues and documentation (e.g., insurance policies, lien language, settlement releases)
Regularly consult with clients, adjusters, and other parties as needed to effectively move cases forward to settlement
Foster and maintain an excellent rapport with clients through consistent communication and thorough advisement
Have litigation experience (including trial experience) for cases that are low-balled during the demand stage
Basic Requirements and Qualifications
License in good standing to practice law in Georgia
Previous trial experience required (2 years)
Ability to connect with clients and build trust through meeting commitments
Familiarity with various legal documents

Pay: The base salary range is between $100-150K + commission pay. Based on experience.
