Responsibilities Responsible for providing nursing units with adequate levels of staffing to allow provision of safe, effective care for all patients under the direction of the Director of Nursing Operations and in collaboration with the unit Directors, Managers, and Coordinators. Completing payroll for all effected staff and documenting exception forms completed by employees.
Qualifications Job Requirements:
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Possess at least one (1) year of experience working in a hospital in a similar role
Preferred Requirements:
- Previous hospital experience preferred
