Come grow with us and elevate your career! We are searching for an experienced Regional Director of Revenue Management to join our People-First company. This role will support the Independent properties in the Western Region/primarily in the Pacific Northwest.
The Regional Director of Revenue Management is responsible for maximizing REVPAR by implementing and evaluating the most effective Yield Management techniques and procedures. These Yield Management practices will be integrated into Group Sales and Transient Sales to maximize profitability through room inventory control and pricing.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Maximize portfolio RevPAR and RevPAR Index and drive direct brand channel production.
• Ensure hotel/portfolio level forecasts are based on current business trends and market data.
• Lead/provide guidance during budgeting, weekly and monthly forecasting process.
• Analyze unconstrained demand and provide recommendations for optimal mix of business.
• Establish target pricing, displacement analysis, guidance between group, transient and by segment.
• Optimize RevPAR by analyzing/forecasting demand and establishing effective selling strategies, oversell
strategies, optimal and seasonal market mix including group, transient and wholesale.
• Conduct ongoing competitor price/product analyses to ensure proper rate positioning/product offering
relative to competition.
• Work with Revenue Management team on pricing decisions for transient, group and wholesale segments.
• Implement pricing strategies for transient business segments and assist with group pricing strategies
including Select and Sell Guidelines and group patterns; analyze competitor-pricing analysis to ensure
correct daily and seasonal rate positioning to the competition.
• Acts as a liaison between electronic distribution channels, including offsite call center, to maximize property
exposure and bookings.
• Manage/update current selling strategies and product information in all available distribution
channels/reservation sources (PMS, third-party reservations providers, call centers, websites, GDS, etc.)
• Work with VP of Revenue Management and Corporate Director of Revenue Management in recommending
and implementing Revenue Management programs and new initiatives at the hotel.
• Work with DOSM and hotel team to establish strategies to increase revenue of both rooms and F&B.
• Maintain accurate and detailed historical data for all market segments.
• Continually monitor all pertinent travel related websites to ensure competitiveness in positioning, text,
availability, and price.
• Maximizing the Hotels' revenues by monitoring transient and group production, ensuring that an optimal
guest mix is maintained.
• Compile data, analyze trends, and develop accurate weekly and monthly forecasts.
• Critically analyzing the impact of the revenue management strategies implemented by the Hotels, including
pricing.
• Update and maintain all revenue management tools.
• Ensuring that the Hotels' position in the GDS and other distribution channels is consistent with the
• Hotels’ Selling Strategies includes conducting rate parity and availability audits.
• Dealing effectively with people, creating teamwork, taking charge, generating enthusiasm, motivating, and

• Understands the relationship between property department/disciplines, and system knowledge to
successfully partner across the property.

• Build trust and rapport with property owners, GM’s, DOSM’s and property teams.

working relationships, while valuing diversity and communicating effectively.
Responsibilities
Qualified candidates will have at least 7 years revenue management experience in hospitality.
Independent hotel and resort experience prefered.
Experience in the Pacific Northwest preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to work well under pressure; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Delphi; and excellent time management skills.
