Automotive Sales Consultant Job Responsibilities
- Build rapport with potential clients in the showroom, over the phone and by way of emailing and SMS messaging.
- Perform a Wants and Needs Analysis to discover the clients preferred vehicle choice.
- Taking clients on test drives and demonstrating vehicle features using our walk around process and producing videos.
- Write complete sales order and process paperwork in accordance with dealership policies and principles.
- Act as a liaison between client and sales management throughout the sales process.
- Collaborating with teammates and sales managers to achieve performance goals.
- Understanding client’s purchasing needs and providing a seamless purchase experience.
- Build a thorough customer base for repeat and referral sales.
- Maintaining a customer database and communicating with them regularly.

- Ability to drive vehicles for appraisals and test drives
