Position: Maintenance Superintendent
As our Maintenance Superintendent, you will oversee efficient multi-site maintenance of production machinery, equipment, and facilities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Employee Relations: Foster positive relationships among team members, promote open communication, and provide training for skill enhancement.
- Preventive Maintenance (PM) Program: Develop, schedule, and control a PM program to keep production machinery in optimal condition. Lead the implementation of a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Safety and Efficiency: Ensure safe and healthy working conditions by maintaining company property. Inspect work to uphold quality and safety standards.
- Inventory Management: Manage maintenance material inventories and requisitions. Recommend and implement equipment improvements for cost reduction and efficiency.
- Reporting and Budgeting: Prepare production and maintenance reports, and manage departmental budget expenditures.

Requirements:
Basic:
- Experience: At least five years in an industrial maintenance environment, demonstrating a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Thorough understanding of OSHA and EPA regulations related to plant operation and maintenance.
- Software Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Communication Skills: Strong attention to detail and effective communication across various employee levels.
- Analytical Abilities: Proficient problem-solving skills.
- Ability to Work: Current Work Authorization for United States.
- Items to Complete: Successful candidate will complete Plum Talent Assessment, Interview, Drug & Background Screens.
- Safety Sensitive Position: WTU tests for THC.
Preferred:
- Education: Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- Technical Skills:
- Experience with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and Ladder Logics.
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), especially NETfacilities.
- Knowledge of SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing).
- Location: Resides within a reasonable commuting distance of Washington, Missouri.
