Full-time CRNA role.
Facilities: Single physician-owned hospital (10 ORs) and ASC (6 ORs).
Team: 6 MDs, 15 CRNAs.
Quality of Life: No on-call duties, cardiac, or obstetric cases,
Schedule:
- 4 days per week,
- 8-hour shifts, Monday - Thursday; 32 hours a week,
- NO CALL / No Nights, Weekends, or Holidays.

W2 or 1099 Contract options,
Up to $365,000 1st year
Competitive base salary with "time and a half" for hours over 40,
$5,000 annually for CME, dues, and professional expenses.
7 weeks PTO.
Comprehensive benefits, including a $30,000 Retirement contribution, $10,000 relocation, $20,000 benefits stipend, and malpractice coverage.
