Details for this case: 12 year old Lino Lake going to middle school in Centennial District 12 Trach- no vent Schedule Days only, School days only, shifts time possibly 7 am - 3:30 pm Nurse would ride bus to and from school with the client We'd love to set up a meeting with the family. Responsibilities Administer nursing care to client Help maintain patients' treatment plans Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior Maintain accurate patient medical records Provide advice and support to patients and their family members Qualifications Work from a place of caring and honoring the dignity of all clients.
