Description:
Create and process production job orders in accordance with production schedule to meet production objectives. Directed in all aspects of the work with little to no independent judgement. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.
- Create production jobs based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacity.
- Utilize ERP systems, planning and scheduling software, or other database tools to generate job orders.
- Gather data from internal teams to incorporate materials, inventories, resource availability, and delivery commitments into schedules.
- Create new part numbers in ERP system along with corresponding router and material requirements.
- Collaborate with various departments (i.e., Purchasing/Procurement, Quality Assurance, etc.) to ensure smooth production flow.
- Track production progress and identify bottlenecks or delays.
- Generate reports on production efficiency, adherence to schedules, and resource utilization.
- Communicate any deviations from the plan to relevant stakeholders.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma (or GED) and related certification or work experience.
Preferred:
- Associate's degree in management, Business Administration, Production, or related field.
Required:
- Minimum of two years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (specifically, Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Experience with ERP systems, Syteline preferred.
- Ability to analyze orders and oversee production orders.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the production floor to prioritize expedites.
- Strong organizational skills to balance production capacity, productivity, and on-time delivery.
Preferred:
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment; medical device preferred.
Knowledge of ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR Part 820.
Compensation details: 27-30 Hourly Wage
