A Central California non profit healthcare organization is seeking Physical Therapists to join their bustling Medical Center.
Physical therapists play a crucial role in the hospital, working with patients to help them recover, rehabilitate, and regain function after injuries, surgeries, or illnesses. The physical therapist will be responsible for assessing patients' physical conditions, mobility, strength, range of motion, balance, and overall functional abilities. They will gather information about the patient's medical history and current condition to develop an individualized treatment plan.
The Physical and Occupational Therapy Services are provided in Inpatient and Outpatients settings. As a Physical Therapist with this hospital you will be assigned complete care of a patient, insuring that both patient and provider become familiar with each other and the care being given. You will work closely with other care providers and family members to facilitate treatment plans.
The Physical Therapist will perform initial evaluations, develop treatment plans, implement treatment programs, evaluate patient s response and recovery, maintain patient records, and devise proper discharge plans. The Physical Therapist will need a Bachelor s degree, preferably a Masters and be a certified Physical Therapist in the state of California. This is a great opportunity for a new grad to get experience in Physical Therapy and be affiliated with an amazing Hospital and Organization.
The organization is prepared to offer a generous salary, sign on bonus, comprehensive benefit package, with retirement and a healthy work life balance.
