We are seeking a motivated and experienced Tax Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our clients' tax returns, while providing exceptional service and strategic tax planning advice.
Requirements :
Minimum of two years in public accounting preparing tax returns
Bachelors in Accounting
CPA preferred or actively pursing
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
A demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize and meet defined goals under tight deadlines
Excellent analytical and organization skills
A passion for providing outstanding client service
Positive attitude along with a willingness to learn and improve workflow processes
Ability to quickly learn tax software applications
Job Responsibilities :
Prepare complex corporate, personal, and trust tax returns, ensuring compliance with all applicable federal and state tax laws and regulations.
Assist with tax planning
Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information, explain tax concepts, and answer questions.
Respond to IRS correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
Stay up-to-date on the latest tax laws and regulations through continuing education.
