ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Display a cheerful, upbeat, energetic, and positive attitude.
- Willing and committed to providing exceptional customer service.
- Achieve applicable goals and benchmarks.
- Front-line communication with all customers.
- Transfer phone calls to other departments as needed.
- Utilize customer relationship management software to facilitate the process of responding to customer calls and addressing customer concerns.
- Document conversations clearly and concisely.
- Troubleshoot with customers to resolve Mobile App and Website issues.
- De-escalate customer situations and solve problems as needed.
- Resolve customer inquiries with limited escalation to team leaders.
- Other duties as assigned.

Salary: From $16.50 per hour, plus monthly bonus potential

Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma/GED required.
- Must be dependable and consistently punctual for all scheduled shifts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- Strong relationship-building and listening skills.
- Strong critical thinking, de-escalation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work with others to meet team goals.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with an acute attention to detail.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF is a plus.
- Ability to type 25 wpm preferred.
