Job Title: RN - Cath Lab
Location: Charlotte, NC
Salary: Depends upon experience. Sign-on and relocation bonuses are negotiable.
Duties:
- Collects and analyzes data pertinent to the healthcare consumer's health or situation.
- Identifies expected outcomes and develops individualized plans to attain measurable outcomes.
- Implements the identified plan, coordinates care delivery, and promotes health and a safe environment.
- Delegates elements of care appropriately and evaluates progress toward goals and outcomes.
- Practices in a culturally diverse and inclusive manner, effectively communicating in all areas of practice.
- Collaborates with healthcare consumers and stakeholders, demonstrating leadership in the profession.
- Seeks knowledge reflecting current nursing practice, integrating evidence and research findings into practice.
- Contributes to quality nursing practice, evaluating one's own and others' nursing practice against professional standards.
- Utilizes appropriate resources to provide evidence-based nursing services safely, effectively, and responsibly.
- Practices ethically, promoting shared governance and facility decision-making activities.
Physical Requirements:
- Requires walking, standing, sitting, lifting, reaching, stooping, bending, pushing, and pulling.
- Must be able to lift and support the weight of 35 pounds.
- Must have intact senses of sight, hearing, smell, and touch, along with finger dexterity and critical thinking skills.
Skills:
- Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider certification according to the American Heart Association.
- Current RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner required.
- BSN preferred.
Education:
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
