As a Survey Party Chief, you will be an integral part of Marchionda & Associates, L.P. Land Survey Department in our Stoneham, MA office, where we provide our clients with a full-range of surveying and mapping services. The Party Chief, will execute and supervise other members on the survey crew in gathering field survey data and providing construction layout through the use of conventional and Global Positioning Systems (GPS) methods. The position will entail review of real estate documents, including plans and records as well as construction plans in order to perform boundary, topographic, right-of way, acquisition and construction stakeout surveys for utility, transportation and building projects.
