Work Dates Needed: 2 weeks/per month. M-F helping with clinic and maybe 1-2 nights of call that week the provider will be "on".
Preferred Schedule : Clinic and Beeper Call (within 30 minutes)

Worksite Setting: Outpatient/Inpatient Scope of Work: Approximately10 Patients per shift, Call averages 2 consults and 1 patient per shift, 12 Beds in department, 2000 deliveries per year, Support Staff of 2 RNs, 4 MAs, 2 NP/PAs, 10 Office staff, Routine Labor & Delivery including low risk and high risk pregnancy, ultrasound screening, complicated deliveries - c section, breech, multiple births, laceration repair, etc. Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: BC OBGYN, IN State Licensure, IMLC Considered , Facility will reimburse for licensing, DEA, BLS, ABLS, ACLS, PALS, Hospital/Surgery Center privileges, EMR: Epic Pay Rate Preferred: Clinic 0-8 Hours $1600 / Evening Call 5p - 8a $375 / Call Back for Patient Contact $295/hour / 24 Hour Weekend Call $1600 + $295 Call Back for Patient Contact
