POSITION SUMMARY:
As an Expert IT Business Systems Analyst for Demand & Supply Planning, you will serve as a market level representative to liaise between IT and Supply Chain stakeholders for our North America operating companies. You will have exposure to working with our above market and global product teams to deploy and integrate a new solution (OMP) within the Connected program. You will bring deep understanding to the opportunities and issues facing the Demand & Supply Planning function and advise on the best solutions, processes and ways of working. You will translate business strategies, opportunities, threats and needs into IT product requirements.
Join the Nestle North America deployment team, with a primary focus on deploying the OMP Unison operational planning solution to multiple operating companies
Participate actively in all deployment phases (design, build, test, cutover, post-go-live support), contributing technical and functional expertise to benefit the Nestle NA planning community
Subsequently support the Supply Chain function in the development of strategy through incremental improvement of Demand & Supply Planning system capabilities
Identify gaps in existing SAP APO / OMP Unison systems and Demand & Supply Planning processes and identify options for improvement and automation
Work with Supply Chain and IT stakeholders to gather feedback and define that the minimum viable product (MVP) satisfies the business need
Consult with product teams on new technologies and applications to determine relevance to Nestle NA companies
Advise on options, risks, costs versus benefits, and impact on other business processes and product priorities
Support the Business Relationship Managers and Product Managers to facilitate both strategy and innovation planning with business stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
5+ years of combined Supply Chain and IT experience with 2+ years focused on configurations of SAP APO, OMP Unison, or other Demand & Supply Planning Software
Minimum of two full life-cycle implementations of operational planning applications
1+ year of experience working in an Agile environment using design thinking methodology

The approximate pay range for this position is $120,000 to $140,000 Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
