We’re looking for a transition operations support specialist to join our ranks. In this role, you will be responsible for using your industry knowledge and expert resources to support transitioning advisors and staff through an extensive range of operational processes and procedure questions. Most of your day will be dedicated to answering incoming phone calls and emails to identify and resolve operational issues and inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing one-on-one support to new advisors and their staff via phone and email queue
- Researching, troubleshooting, and resolving operational issues and inquiries on a broad range of operational topics
- Staying current with new resources, products, and procedures, as well as industry news and regulations
- Identifying training opportunities for advisors and staff based on trends covered in call inquiries
- Collaborating with various teams across the firm to research and resolve complex issues
- Delivering a great customer experience on every call by partnering with our advisors and their staff to understand their needs and expectations to find the right solutions to meet our callers’ goals
- Participating in operational projects to support the transition team, as needed
Core Strengths and Skills
- Exemplary customer service and phone skills
- First-rate problem-solving ability and proven critical-thinking skills
- Experience in a service-oriented environment
- FINRA Series 7 securities registration preferred
- Financial service industry experience preferred
