Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Gardner, Massachusetts (telehealth and in-person support)
About Us: At Sprout MBC, we specialize in providing comprehensive ABA services in home, school, and clinic settings. Our practice focuses on utilizing PEAK, Skills Based Treatment, and a compassionate approach to treating problem behavior.
Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments
Develop individualized treatment plans
Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians
Collaborate with families and other professionals
Requirements:
BCBA certification
Ideally licensed in Massachusetts
Experience with PEAK and Skills Based Treatment preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
