We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist with extensive knowledge of ergonomic principles and a knack for problem-solving to join our team and conduct assessments that enhance workplace safety and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct ergonomic assessments and provide recommendations to enhance workplace safety and productivity.
Develop and implement ergonomic programs and treatment plans.
Educate clients on body mechanics, posture, and ergonomic principles.
Collaborate with management and engineers to integrate ergonomic strategies.
Review assessments and provide strategic feedback.
Perform administrative tasks, including record-keeping and report writing.
Flexibly assist clients in various locations as required.
Required Skills:
Preferred: 5+ years of experience in a role with a strong ergonomic focus.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with management and engineers.
Qualifications:
Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
Preferred: Certification in Ergonomics (CPE, CEAS, or equivalent).
