Capstone Search Advisors is partnering with a leading commercial real estate developer based in Cleveland, Ohio. They specialize in developing, managing, and leasing high-quality commercial properties. Their dynamic and innovative team is dedicated to delivering excellence in every project.
Our client is seeking an experienced In-House Real Estate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate law, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage complex transactions. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can provide strategic legal advice to support our development activities.

Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate agreements, including leases, purchase agreements, and development contracts.
- Conduct due diligence for property acquisitions and dispositions.
- Advise on zoning, land use, and environmental issues.
- Manage and resolve real estate disputes and litigation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide legal support for financing transactions and joint ventures.
- Stay current on real estate laws, regulations, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Ohio State Bar.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate law.
- Proven experience in drafting and negotiating complex real estate transactions.
- Strong understanding of zoning, land use, and environmental regulations.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
