Job Overview:

- Shifts: 24-hour call for OB and Gyn presentations to the ED for a 5-day stretch. No clinic or office patients.
- Response Time: Physicians do not need to remain in-house but must be within a 20-minute response time.

Credentialing Information:
Travel Preferences:
- Preferred Lodging: Preferred hotels
- Air Travel: Local, preferred but not required
- Travel Exceptions: Any anticipated travel exceptions should be detailed in the provider presentation.
Rates to Submit:
- Malpractice Rates: Must be included in the rates
- Orientation: Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours
- 24-Hour Call: Must include 4 hours gratis - per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis
- Call Back: Must match hourly rate - per hour of patient contact hours, after gratis hours completed, gratis prorate to MSA terms
- Holiday Rates: All holiday rates will be 1.5x the regular rate per CSH guidelines.
Submission Requirements:
- Board Certification: Required
- Active CA License: Required
- IM/FP, OB/GYN Residency/Fellowship: Required
- Active BLS, DEA, NRP/NALS: Required (Must be willing to obtain during credentialing)
- Availability: Must state availability (# of shifts per month) at name clear
- Active Staff at a TJC-accredited facility: Required to note. No privilege restrictions.
- Clean Malpractice/Background: Required
- Local, No Flights: Highly Preferred (Not a Requirement)
- Work History Disclosure: Provider must disclose if worked at any other facility
- COVID Vaccination: Required
