We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide and coordinate empathetic and dedicated care to patients undergoing gender-affirmation surgery and other reconstructive procedures. Your responsibilities will include managing the message pool, responding to patient calls, triaging and providing pre- and post-operative patient education. You will also handle any forms, labs and restocking medications.
Shift:
- Full-Time (Monday to Friday)
- Day shift
- No nights or weekends
- No call

What You'll Need to be Successful:
- Bachelors' Degree or Associate degree from an Accredited School of Nursing.
- Current Washington DC Licensed Registered Nurse or eligible to obtain.
- Current CPR certification is required.
- Commitment to providing compassionate care to transgender, nonbinary, gender fluid, or questioning patients.

Salary Range: Minimum $36.31 per hour - Maximum $50.92 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
