Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager with Pest Control experience to join our team and spearhead our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and leading a sales team focused on growing our residential pest control services through SEO-generated leads and developing commercial opportunities through cold calling local businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and hold accountable our inside sales team
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Sell services to new and existing clients
- Set revenue projections and sales KPIs to drive growth and meet sales targets
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews with the sales team
- Provide ongoing coaching and training to improve performance
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in sales management
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Pest control industry experience is REQUIRED
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Technology proficiency required
- No nicotine use is allowed
