About This Opportunity :
Serve as a leader who exemplifies excellence in the delivery of mental health services, overseeing the program's development and ongoing management. Integrate best practice standards, client needs, and evolving treatment methodologies into practice at the clinic. Foster a culture of trust, innovation, openness, collaboration, and mutual respect.
Key RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Provide supervision to clinical and administrative staff, including their recruitment, hiring, training, and professional development.
- Continuously monitor the clinical competencies of staff and the effectiveness of services, taking appropriate action as needed to ensure excellence in these areas.
- Hold staff accountable to high expectations of performance by articulating expectations, monitoring performance, and providing consistent feedback.
- Oversee MOC's utilization review and quality assurance activities, contributing as the lead member of the clinical Multi-Disciplinary Team.
- Actively cultivate and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal M.O.C. programs and staff.
- Serve as the clinic spokesperson, advising MOC staff on mental health related issues and making meaningful contributions both internally and to external organizations through in-services.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and strategy to ensure access, quality, and efficiency.
- Ensure a framework of equity and social justice is embedded into the day-to-day operations.
- Prepare operational reports and analysis to identify trends, establish metrics of success, and recommend solutions as it pertains to staff productivity.
- Actively resolve client crises, including participation in after-hours on call rotation.
- Provide direct psychotherapy to clients in a manner commensurate with their needs and industry best practice standards as part of a caseload.
- Ensure that MOC's mission, vision, values, operating principles, and strategic direction are consistently communicated and evident.
- Maintain program compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and contractual requirements.
- Adhere to all applicable regulatory, accreditation, and professional ethics standards.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Master's or doctoral degree from an accredited social work or psychology program
- Independent clinical licensure in MA as a LICSW or Psychologist
- Minimum five years' post-degree clinical experience, two of which were in a supervisory role.
- Eligible for credentialing with Medicare and MCO's
- Knowledge and experience working with a range of clinical presentations and client population
- Ability to work both in the office and also remotely from home
- Strong computer technology skills, including the abilities to conduct telehealth sessions and use electronic health records
- Excellent organizational, communication skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work both independently and also in a team setting
- Acceptable professional and criminal background checks
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
