Fulltime position, Monday through Friday
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Strong Excel skills
- Construction industry experience a plus
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Bilingual, English & Spanish
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Computer literate with proficiency with Microsoft Office and related spreadsheets and database software.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks with simultaneous deadlines.
- Comfortable, creating, editing, modifying documents using Microsoft Office products.
Position RequirementsRequirements:

Coordinate job site materials requirements, maintenance, inventory and returns
Aid in large projects that could include- large footprint, and assisted with material overages and or returns.
will be responsible for organization, inventory, shipping and receiving of all material for all jobs assigned to them.
