Patient Volume: 18/day
Preferred Experience: Chronic Pain Management, Well woman care, IUD insertion/removal, B&B outpatient primary care
Site Support: (1) RN, (2) MAs
APP Supervision: No
EMR: EPIC
Requirements: BC FM (or TRULY BE; within 5yrs of Residency), Active CA license, active DEA,BLS, PALS
