Position Responsibilities
This position will be responsible for working with staff or independently to plan and design a variety of municipal water, wastewater, water resources, utility, and transportation projects. Responsibilities will include developing and monitoring project scope, budget, and schedule; developing studies, reports, design drawings, and technical specifications; and making presentations. This position will be responsible for planning, design, funding assistance, bidding, and construction management for water, wastewater, other municipal infrastructure projects, and/or transportation projects. Our firm exclusively serves municipal and public utility agencies throughout Oregon and Southern Washington.
Position Requirements
Minimum 2 years relevant design experience
BSCE or higher level of education in Civil Engineering or similar engineering field
P.E. license in Oregon preferred.
AutoCAD/Civil3D design experience preferred
Knowledge of Transportation, Water, Stormwater and Wastewater planning, planning design and permitting preferred. Experience in private development also accepted.
Strong written and oral communication ability
Project management skills
Energetic attitude and ability to work independently
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
