Position: Office Support
FLSA: Hourly/Non-Exempt
Location: 2252 N. Broadway
Moore, Oklahoma 73160
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm
General Purpose: To support various departments in administrative duties.
Supervision Received: Works under the direct supervision of the Senior Accounting Manager
Supervision Exercised: None
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties
- Assist Accounting in finding paid invoices/purchase orders.
- Answer incoming calls
- Fill in for Receptionist as needed
- Sign for deliveries
- Responsible for office errands as needed
- Responsible for picking up mail as needed
- Responsible for sorting and distributing mail as needed
- Responsible for keeping office area clean and assisting in maintaining plants
- Scan house files for archival purposes
- Make file labels for Construction Support
- Present recommendations to direct supervisor
- Assist in elimination of outdated or unnecessary materials by destroying them or transferring them to inactive storage according to file maintenance and/or legal guidelines.
- Attend all staff meetings
- Maintain confidentiality of office practices
- Any other duties assigned
- Heavy filing duties
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED
- MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:
- MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must have good attendance and punctuality
- Knowledge of general office practices

Work Environment: Temperature-controlled office environment.
Physical Demands: Must be able to carry equipment in excess of over 30 lbs. Often required to sit and use their fingers, to handle or feel. Occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, and to stoop or kneel. Tool and Equipment: Computer (MS Windows OS), MS Office software, telephone, scanner, and general office equipment.
