Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner Montrose, CO (1 hr SE of Grand Junction) We are looking for a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our integrated medical practice in full time in Montrose, CO. We are looking for a provider who can join us providing direct patient care along with our dedicated healthcare team. Our ideal PA/NP is holistically minded, comfortable working within an integrated setting, collaborating with a knowledgeable and well-respected team of professionals, to offer a comprehensive approach to patients living with acute/chronic health issues, as well as health and wellness goals.

Duties: - Patient exam/evaluation- medical, orthopedic, and functional examinations (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records/imaging)
- Order and review tests/labs
- Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
- Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab/exercises and various modalities
- Manage patient care- common services include allergy testing/ immunotherapy, labs, prescriptions, and DME/bracing
- Treatments- trigger point/myotendinous injections, joint injections, Regenerative/PRP injections, initiate IVs, and supervising our diabetes program
- Documentation and progress notes
- Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
- Monitor patient progress by performing progress exams and documenting any changes to provider orders based upon patient health goals.
Requirements: - Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
- PA/NP license in CO
- Orthopedic, Physical Med and Rehab, Neuro, Diabetes management or Pain management background is a plus (we will train in any/all areas needed for the right candidate)
- DEA number
- 2 years clinical experience as a PA/NP preferred
Compensation: - $115k- $125k per year, plus bonus potential (DOE)
Schedule: - M, T, Th, 8:00am - 5:30pm; Wed and Fri, 8:00am - 2:00pm.
