Your Role: We are seeking an innovation-centric mid-senior leader with proven expertise in Operational Planning and Effectiveness to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about optimizing business operations and possesses a strong consulting and operational management background. This role will support various operational activities, leveraging advanced methodologies and tools to enhance business performance and drive strategic initiatives. The role will be instrumental in planning, executing, and overseeing our product portfolio to ensure operational efficiency, scalability, and sustainability.
This person will be based out of Princeton, NJ and will be onsite 60% of the time.
Your Responsibility:
Operational Planning and Strategy Development:
- Conduct comprehensive operational research to identify areas for improvement and support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and implement long-term strategic plans to enhance operational effectiveness and business performance.
- Utilize data analytics and business intelligence tools to provide actionable insights and drive continuous improvement.
Product Portfolio Management:
- Track the overall execution of products within our portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and OKRs, by closely collaborating with Product Owners and Product Line Managers.
- Maintain detailed plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management, for each product initiative, via close alliance with the product teams.
- Monitor progress, adjust plans as necessary, and ensure products are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with various departments within IT & Digital, as well as other functions such as Data Science & AI, R&D Strategic Initiatives, Corporate Strategy & Planning, Finance, Internal Audit to ensure cohesive and integrated portfolio execution.
- Lead departmental LT meetings with clear agenda and follow-up action items.
Agile Methodology Implementation:
- Track agile methodology implementation and improvement opportunities.
- Promote agile best practices and foster a collaborative team environment to drive efficiency and innovation.
Financial Management and Reporting:
- Collaborate with the Product Managers and track and manage build and run budgets, ensuring financial accuracy and cost control, in line with Financial Reporting frequency and guidelines.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and dashboards to communicate overall status, financial metrics, and risks to stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive onboarding and training curriculum per each sub-function.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote best practices and continuous improvement across the organization.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Management Science, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on product portfolio management and strategic initiatives.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale projects and agile initiatives.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, business management software, and project management tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a complex, fast-paced business environment, driving results amidst ambiguity while fostering collaboration and achieving consensus

For US based candidates, the proposed salary band for this position is as follows:
$138,750.00 $231,250.00
The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
