- Hours - 7a-7p / 7p-7a CALL
- Type of cases required - PEDs, General, Ortho, URO, Ophthalmology, ENT, Plastics, Podiatry, CARDIAC, ENDO and VAS
- Must be proficient in Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals (case logs required)
- Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, PALS, AHA
- Number of providers during the day - 13
- Number of OR's - 4
