Customer Service Representative - Receptionist
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers.
Responsibilities: Customer Service Representative - Receptionist
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and understanding
- Providing accurate information about our products and services to customers
- Greeting clients, checking demographic data, distribute paperwork and schedule appointments
- Maintaining customer records and updating customer information in our health record
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Cover outlying offices and some evening groups
Requirements: Customer Service Representative - Receptionist
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with electronic health records is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work in different locations and occasional evenings
