GHA is looking for a Housing Inspector who cares about the lives of the families that we serve, and ensure that our residents live in a safe and affordable housing that exceeds housing standards. We are looking for someone that is able to:
· Navigate challenging situations while remaining customer-focused while interacting with both our internal and external customers.
· Communicate the true purpose behind asset management and how both resident’s and management roles are needed to succeed.
· Identify and effectively communicate attainable goals for families that fall below GHA’s housekeeping standards that allows them to properly maintain their home.
