We are looking for a friendly and personable individual who conducts themself in a proffessional manner to join our team. You would be working with a small group of long-term career minded people who have a background in the construction trades that have dedicated their career to helping educate the next generation. The position would be directly assisting the training director and working in conjunction with instructors. The job is heavily data driven and includes tracking of people and personnel records and will be mostly computer work while also communicating between members and applicants through email, phone, and in person. 90/10 health insurance, $2,000 dental insurance, vision insurance, prescription insurance, pension and annuity, all benefits paid by the employer and does not come off of the paycheck. 5 days unpaid flex time off, 5 days paid vacation.
