This is a full time position working day shift in the Wound Care department at Northwest Medical Center. This position is 5 days per week, 8 hour shifts with working every other weekend.
As a Wound & Ostomy care RN at Northwest Medical Center you’ll play a vital role in doing what you do best - providing quality care to our patients.
Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process. Assists with the implementation of plan of care. Provides acute and rehabilitative care for people with select disorders of the GI, GU and integumentary systems. Provides direct patient care to persons with abdominal stomas, wounds, drains, fistulas, wounds and incontinence. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served. RN with current state license. Requires a BSN degree, 2 years of acute care experience and ability to become WOCN or WCC certified within 12 months of hire.
