General Laborer (Cross Dock)

Summary: Under general supervision, connects hoses to equipment and completes routine equipment maintenance. Cleans and maintains the operation grounds in a safe, efficient manner. Requires performance of recurring manual tasks such as sweeping and mopping floors, performing light maintenance, and washing plastic containers and lids.
This position is a safety-sensitive position and requires a clear mind and diligence. The employee has the responsibility for his/her own safety as well as the safety of others.

- Employee Referral Program: Earn a bonus for any qualifying candidate you refer to the company. The candidate must complete 90 days and be in good standing with the company, for the referral to be paid out.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Wash inside/outside of bins with a high-powered pressure washing wand.
- Dry out bins.
- Replace bin liner.
- Minor pressure washing system and general maintenance or repairs. Mechanical experience is not required but preferred.
- Moves equipment when needed.
- Replenishes and stocks supplies.
- Runs errands and picks up supplies and equipment, cleans and maintains operation site, including sweeping, taking out the trash, and keeping operation in order.
- Standing, bending, walking, and reaching for the duration of the shift.
Qualifications & Education:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Must be able to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift 50lbs+
- Power washing experience is a plus.
- Pass a background screening.
- Pass a drug screen.
- Authorized to work in the US. (Required)
Experience: 0-6 months of general labor experience
Pay: Hourly, to be determined.
