As a Title Processing Specialist, you are there when it counts: assisting policyholders in all 50 states after their vehicles have been declared a total loss. Accidents and natural disasters are traumatic experiences, and it takes a special dedicated person to assist and support our customers during these situations. Through our paid, industry-leading training, you'll learn how to ensure a smooth insurance claims handling process by interacting with customers, financial institutions, and our internal staff to compile paperwork and issue claims payments.

Qualifications & Skills:
- In Office Position - must live within commuting distance to 4295 Ocmulgee East Boulevard Macon, GA 31295
- Strong computer skills with the ability to function in all Microsoft Office Programs
- Outstanding customer service and professional communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work successfully in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
