The civil law section of Bollier Ciccone, LLP, provides litigation and transactional services to its clients in numerous matters, but mostly focusing on those involving construction, real estate, and commercial business law.

We offer our clients a white glove experience. The Associate will be hands-on with clients from day 1. We have a marketing budget to help attract clients and grant immediate heavy exposure to the local market, and you'll be an integral player on the team and at the Firm.
The Position: A civil law attorney position for someone with 6 to 9 years of experience.
$175k-$225k commensurate with experience.

Education and Experience:
- Baccalaureate degree from an accredited university.
- Graduated from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
- At least three years of civil litigation experience.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent research, analytical, verbal and writing skills.
Work Responsibilities:
The Attorney will be involved in numerous civil law matters pertaining to construction, real estate, and commercial business law. The attorney will be involved in both litigation and transactional matters. The Attorney will be involved in all aspects of a matter ranging from initial client intake to the final disposition of a case including hearings, mediation, and trial. The Attorney should be able to prepare and present motions, discovery, pleadings, orders, liens, bonds, correspondence, deeds, and various other legal documents.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary will be $175k-$225k commensurate with experience. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life, short- and long-term liability insurance, EAP, generous 401(k) retirement plan, paid leave, performance bonuses, cell phone and continuing education stipends.
