Job Summary:
Provide students with a well-rounded, God-glorifying education by equipping future leaders with academic excellence, a biblical worldview, and Christ-like character.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Prepare daily lesson plans and teaching materials
Agree to and adhere the schools statement of faith
Maintain a warm, nurturing, and organized learning environment
Communicate regularly with parents and families about their children's learning
Fulfill administrative duties (e.g., taking attendance, attending staff meetings, etc.)
Monitor transitions, lunch, recess blocks, and other coverages, as needed
Manage student behavior
Evaluate each students' progress
Utilize formative and summative assessments to drive instructional planning, monitor student learning, and provide feedback to students
Utilize educational technology and other innovative resources to drive student learning
Perform other related duties, as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree
-Three years of early childhood classroom teaching experience
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
