Independent CRNA - Boise, ID - Locums - Near Bogus Basin Ski & Snowboard Resort

Contract Length: 3 months with the option to extend
Schedule: 40 hours per week with a 6-week schedule provided in advance. Shifts available 8, 10, and 12 hours (overtime after 45 hours).
Patient Population: Adolescent, Child, Adult, Geriatric (90%+ over age 12)
Practice Setting: Hospital with about 25 operating rooms, plus specials, cath labs, endo, and radiology
Procedures: Proficient in all cases except OB, Burns, CV, Transplant, and Regional Blocks; primarily Level II Trauma cases. CRNAs perform Spinal Blocks but not regional anesthesia.

Requirements:

Board Certification: BC required
License: Open to licensing
DEA and CSR: Required, can help acquire
Experience: Minimum of 1 year required
Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 30 days for licensed candidates, up to 60 days for non-licensed (pending license)
