- You provide accurate budget sheets to potential customers, book group events, respond to all website inquires via phone, email, or mail.
- You ensure that all business is booked within hotel parameters and brand standards.
- You have stellar organization skills, detail orientation and follow-through
What you’ll do…
- Solicit, close and contract wedding business using strong negotiating skills and creative selling techniques
- Develop effective and measurable sales action plans
- Schedule and meet with potential customers by conducting site tours and communicating Tetherow services
- Respond to all website inquires in a timely manner
- Manage and maintain client account files.
- Plan assigned events, acting as on-site contact for clients when planning
- Ensure that all business is booked within hotel parameters and brand standards
- Conduct hotel site inspections, FAM trips, and client presentations
- Remain abreast of industry trends and changes that may affect or enhance the offerings and/or profitability of the resort; participate in and attend industry events, programs, and trade shows
- Establish rapport and maintain strong vendor relationships within the wedding community/industry to expand repeat customer base for future business opportunities and promote the resort’s facilities and services
