We are currently seeking qualified applicants to work as a Bank Operations Specialist I at our Wolfforth Texas Banking Center (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm).
A Bank Operations Specialist I will:
1. Setup, maintenance and reporting of Internet Banking, Bill Pay and E-Statements.
2. Comply with all federal, state, and company policies, procedures, laws, and regulations.
3. Wire transfer processing.
4. Dormant account reporting.
5. Interact with third party vendors involved in these processes.

Essential Job Functions:
- Provide customer research on escalated issues.
- Provide research information for other departments of the Bank on escalated issues.
- Recognize cross sell opportunities and offer ABC Products and Services to our customers.
- Confer with customers by telephone or other channel in order to provide information about their accounts, the Bank's products and services, or to obtain details of complaints on escalated issues.
- Setup, maintenance and reporting of Internet Banking, Bill Pay and E-Statements.
- Contact customers in order to respond to inquiries or to check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
- Prepare change of address records.
- Operate 10-key calculators, typewriters, and copy machines to perform calculations and produce documents.
- Operate computers programmed with specialized software to record, store, and analyze information.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, answering telephones and handling routine correspondence.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management / supervisor.
- Comply with all federal, state, and company policies, procedures, laws, and regulations.
- Adhere to all relevant security responsibilities as outlined in the Bank's Information Security Program and Written Security Program.
- Wire Transfer Processing
- Complete the Closed Account Report
- Work DDA and GL Unposted Reports.
- Work Chargebacks
- Send and receive customer bank drafts for collection purposes. Maintain records for these collection items.
- NSF Processing
- Dormant Account Reporting
- Properly handle Death Notifications.
- Develop, update and publish operating and workflow procedures.
- Interact with third party vendors involved in these processes.
