The Role
The Orders Management Coordinator is responsible for efficient and accurate order processing at the warehouse level. This position works closely with the warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders while maintaining high standards of service level and customer satisfaction, as well as with other divisions within the Supply Chain team (Customer Success, Logistics, Supply Planning).
Responsibilities
- Review orders for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure proper lot allocation and conversion to maintain inventory accuracy
- Coordinate orders prioritization based on shipping deadlines
- Ensures proper labeling, packaging and documentation for order processing
- Monitor inventory levels and alert replenishment if needed to fulfill orders
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies with orders, including missing items or damaged goods
- Monitors CHEP pallet inventory to ensure visibility for Warehouse Operations Division
- Daily interaction with the Customer Success team to provide information and assistance on orders
- Daily communication with warehouses with different time zones
- Warehouse invoices approval
- Additional tasks necessary to support the Warehouse Operations Division
Requirements:
- Positive attitude!
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Supply Chain. Experience with cold storage is a plus
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
- Experience with ERP system needed, Sage system is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve and rapidly shift priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent English written and oral adamant
