Could have 4 behavioral health patients/day with 4 sitters. RNs should have strong experience with patients in the Emergency Department. Interview should discuss benchmarks and initiatives. Community setting 10-15% Pedi patients, RN should have a comfort level with Pediatrics: IV starts, Foleys, etc. Security office and community police posting in ED. Typical Community Hospital ER Pt Population: Behavioral Health, Cardiac, Respiratory, GI/GU Orthopedic, Heme. Navy scrubs EPIC. Every other weekend and holidays as needed. PREVIOUS TRAVEL IS REQUIRED, NO BLOCK SCHEDULING, NO EXCESSIVE RTO.Required Upon Submission: Must have BLS, ACLS, PALS, MD/ Compact lic verified through current NURSYS at time of submission.
